Pu-erh tea comes from China’s Yunnan Province and its leaves are obtained from trees that grow along the banks of the Lancang River, hence the different nuances. From its properties we can highlight that it helps to reduce the levels of sugar in the blood, it is depurative and reinforces the immune system. Its taste is very characteristic, strong and earthy.
